Questions About Paying
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes — no card required and no time limit. You get 1,000 subscribers and 1,000 emails per month. The Free plan does not include AI credits or API access; those start on Basic.
What is an AI credit?
One credit covers one AI action — generating a subject line, writing or rewriting a campaign body, or running a pre-send spam score. Basic includes 100 per month, Premium 400. Pay yearly and both go up by 50% (150 and 600).
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account area. New limits apply as soon as the new plan is active.
How do renewals and cancellations work?
Paid plans renew automatically — monthly plans every month, yearly plans every 12 months. You can cancel the renewal at any time from your account and keep access until the end of the paid period. All sales are final; please read the Refund Policy before subscribing.
What happens if I hit my sending limit?
Sending pauses until the quota resets or you move to a larger plan — your lists, campaigns and reports stay exactly as they are. We notify you before you run out.
Can I use my own SMTP server?
Yes, on paid plans — Basic connects 1 delivery server, Premium up to 3. You can also verify your own sending domains with DKIM so mail goes out under your brand.
How do I get support?
Paid plans get 24/7 support through the ticket system inside your account — sign in and open a ticket, and you can follow every reply in one place. Free accounts have the Help Center and our community group.
