Every payment made to the Company is non-refundable, in full, for any reason and under all circumstances. When you purchase, subscribe to, or renew any paid plan, you are charged for immediate access to a digital service and that charge cannot be refunded. If you use it, you pay for it.
Without limitation, we do not provide refunds, credits or exchanges for:
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically for successive periods (monthly or annually, as selected) at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops all future renewals; it does not refund or pro-rate the current or any past billing period, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
The service is digital content and a digital service that is made available to you immediately upon purchase. If you are a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal (such as the 14-day right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU or the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), then by completing your purchase and accessing the service you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins. Once the service has been made available to you, no refund is due to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Statutory consumer withdrawal and refund rights do not apply to purchases made in the course of a trade, business, craft or profession. If you purchase as a business, you have no right of withdrawal or refund.
If you initiate a chargeback, dispute or payment reversal in breach of this policy, the amount charged remains fully owed to the Company as a contractual debt. We keep records of your acceptance of our Terms and of your actual use of the service and will provide them to your bank or card scheme as evidence. We may suspend or terminate your account and recover the disputed amount together with any related fees, costs and reasonable legal expenses.
Nothing in this policy removes or limits any right you may have that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law. Where we are legally required to provide a remedy, we will do so; in all other cases this no-refund policy applies.
